Step 1

12 oz shredded coconut

Add ¾ c. Almond flour 
(you can get this almond flour by saving the pulp from the 
almond mike you make, put it in the dehydrator, and then using a small coffee grinder, grind up the almond pulp until it looks like flour. Freez the "Almond Flour" until you 
are ready to use it.)
 
Step 2
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla to 8 oz maple syrup  then add to
Coconut/Almond .
Form into balls and dehydrate.
