Fat Burning Soup

6       Onions
1       Bunch of celery
1       large head of cabbage
2       Large green bell peppers
1       28 can of tomatoes
1       pkg.  Lipton soup mix

Cut vegetable in small to medium pieces and put into a large pot with the tomatoes and soup mix. Cover with water (Use Kangen Water). Boil fast for ten minutes. Then lower to simmer and continue cooking until veggies are tender. This soup can  be eaten anytime you are hungry.  Eat as much as you want, whenever you want throughout the day because eating this soup actually burns calories.  The more you eat, the more weight you will lose.  Fill a thermos in the morning if you will be away during the day.

According to the hospital staff, you can lose 10 to 15 pounds after only seven days of strict adherence to this diet.  After day three, you will have more energy than when you began if you did not cheat.  You will begin to feel an abundance of energy.

This diet is used by the cardiology department of Sacred Heart Memorial Hospital for overweight heart patients who much lose weight rapidly and safely in preparation for surgery.
